ReadyLIFT delivers a performance game changer for the popular 2020-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks with the release of our new premium 6” MAX2.1 Suspension System with Falcon 2.1 shocks and our 8” MAX3.3 Suspension with 3.3 Falcon shocks. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to clear larger wheels and tires. With vehicle-specific performance-tuned Falcon 2.1 dampers on all four corners of our 6” kits, these lift kits provide a better-than-factory feel.  The 8” kit includes a new system that pairs front 3.3 Fast Adjust shocks with rear adjustable piggyback shocks. The new 3.3 Falcon’s are Fast Adjust Dampers offering a wide range of adjustability for specific terrain and/or handling characteristics with two separate knobs to tune to your preference. Falcon Performance Shocks improve performance and comfort regardless of the terrain. The versatility of these systems makes them ideal for daily driving, off-road excursions, and tow/haul duties.

These new kits include laser-cut, fabricated heavy-duty steel cross-members, new cast iron OE-style knuckles with the perfect geometry built-in, torsion arm brackets, taller cast style rear lift blocks, new forged torsion keys with the proper amount of indexing, and the 8” system includes our popular fabricated steel upper control arms with corrected ball joint angles. These new torsion bar relocation brackets eliminate the traditional lowering of the torsion bars, which can inhibit ground clearance and help to improve the overall driving experience. Additionally, each kit includes crucial differential drop brackets and CV axle spacers, sway bar end links, bump stop extensions, OE style cast rear lift blocks, heavy-duty steel skid plate, and finally, Falcon shocks.

Features and Benefits:

– Heavy-duty fabricated steel components utilizing 3/16″ and 1/4″ steel plate

– Full-coverage differential skid plate constructed from 3/16″ steel plate

– Laser cut, CNC formed heavy-duty front/rear drop crossmembers.

– Allows up to 37×12.50 with a 20×9” with a 0 offset wheel

42-30640 6” MAX2.1 Features and Benefits:

– Vehicle-specific performance-tuned Falcon 2.1 monotube dampers on all four corners.

– Improved dynamic roll control and low-speed damping.

– Dramatic improvement in on-road comfort and off-road performance.

– Optimized fitment for unobstructed suspension travel and articulation.

– 6061-T6 aluminum alloy shock body resists Impact to protect internal components.

– Smooth-honed internal shock body surface for long-term performance.

– 3/4” induction hardened chrome plated shaft resists rock damage, corrosion, and shaft buckling.

– Large shaft diameter provides a wide range of adjustments on adjustable shocks.

– Hard anodized 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billet piston.

– 1-piece Teflon bronze piston wear band w/ O-ring.

42-30840 8” MAX3.3 Features and Benefits:

– Xtreme-Duty fabricated 4130 chromoly steel upper control arms

– 3.3 Fast Adjust Dampers offer a wide range of adjustability for specific terrain and/or handling characteristics with two separate knobs to tune to your preference.

– 3-Position Fast Adjust Knob for Soft, Custom, and Firm Compression. Soft mode allows a partial bypass of the main piston for a softer ride

– 8-Position Micro Adjust Dial offers refined damping adjustments

– Reservoir design increases nitrogen to oil ratio for consistent damping over wide temperature ranges.

– Hard Anodized Large Bore 6061-T6 Aluminum Shock Body for impact and corrosion resistance as well as increased oil volume for consistent performance.

– VOD (Volume Optimized Damping) features a digressive linear piston for quicker ramp-up for reduced body roll and an overall increase in damping to reduce bottom out when pushed to the limit.

– Red Line high VI shock oil for consistent performance across all temperatures from -50F to 450F with anti-wear and lubricity agents.
