The new RAM HD trucks are more popular than ever and the ReadyLIFT 6” lift kit for 5th generation Ram 3500 HD trucks is proving extremely popular with enthusiasts. ReadyLIFT is excited to announce #49-19630 – a new 6” lift for 3500 HD trucks equipped with the Standard Output Cummins turbodiesel engine. This new kit includes a unique CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet Aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks the transfer case aligning the front output shaft for improved driveline angles.

How to tell what transfer case is in the truck?

• High output 6.7L diesel with Aisin transmission – the transmission dipstick is on the left (driver) side of the truck. (PN 49-19620)
• Standard 6.7L diesel with the 68RFE transmission – the transmission dipstick is on the right (passenger) side of the truck. (PN 49-19630)

Why go to all that trouble to achieve 6” of Ram 3500 lift?  Six inches of lift provides plenty of clearance for an aggressive 37×13.5 tire and up to -18 offset wheel with no rubbing delivering a beefy, tough look.  Some Ram HD trucks can experience a slight vibration after lifting due to driveline angle sensitivity. ReadyLIFT’s 6” lift kit with the Drive Line Indexing System (DIS) addresses this condition by re-clocking [indexing] the transfer case and providing a stout heavy-duty cross member that accommodates the new T-case position, all resulting in a smooth driving experience on or off-road.

Both kits include the new indexing ring components, heavy-duty and great riding 6” lift front springs, 5” lift rear taper blocks, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front, and rear track bar brackets, dropped cast iron pitman arm, front/rear sway bar relocation brackets, and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the new Bilstein 5100 series front/rear shocks.

ReadyLIFT is also releasing two new stand-alone rear block Lift kits designed for the Ram 3500 HD.  These kits are fabricated from steel plate and each kit includes properly sized U-bolts and lock nuts for easy and secure installation.
