The all-new 4.5" Coil Spring Lift Kits allow for even more ground clearance while going to a 37" tire. Springing up to the new 4.5" lift yields all the bells and whistles of a big 6" kit but at a slightly lower, garage-able stance. These kits come with heavy-duty steel radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front track bar brackets, forged dropped pitman arm, sway bar relocation brackets, and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the included Falcon 1.1 Monotube front & rear shocks. The 4.5" Ram HD kit includes our unique CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet Aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS) that re-clocks the transfer case to properly align the front output shaft for improved driveline angles. The Ram 3500 HD comes with a high-output diesel engine DIS system.
Kit 49-19430 includes the new DIS re-positioning components, heavy-duty and great riding 4.5" lift front springs, 3" lift rear taper blocks, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front, track bar brackets, dropped cast iron pitman arm, front/rear sway bar relocation brackets, and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the new Falcon 1.1 Monotube front/rear shocks.
*Kit will not fit any models with the standard output 6.7L diesel motor, HEMI Gasoline engine, dually models, Classic models, and any automatic-leveling rear air suspension models.

Tire Size Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.
