ReadyLIFT is excited to release SST Upper Control Arms(UCA), sold in pairs, as part of our ever-expanding suspension accessories. SST UCA’s are designed for and compatible with most lifted trucks. ReadyLIFT UCA kits are the same arms included in our full SST Lift Kits; however, they are now available standalone for customers seeking to upgrade their lifted truck with superior UCAs.
Upper Control Arms are a great addition to lifted trucks. They provide improved suspension geometry for improved tire wear, increased stability, better handling, and exceptional road feel. Upper Control Arms are an integral part of independent front suspension (IFS) vehicles and generally connect the top of the knuckle to the frame. The UCA continually locates and guides the knuckle in a pre-determined path when the suspension cycles up and down during driving. Drivers can have confidence knowing the vehicle has superior stability and motion control over rough terrain - whether from rugged trails or ragged city streets. This improved stability on highways helps inspire confidence while navigating curves and turns without worry.
ReadyLIFT SST UCA kits are constructed from Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) round steel tubing. DOM tubing is produced for a more exact OD and ID tolerance and has the highest weld strength possible making ReadyLIFT UCAs some of the toughest tubular arms in the industry. On the knuckle end the DOM arms are then equipped with HD ball joints for superior strength and long life. Where the arms meet the frame, ReadyLIFT uses proprietary Terrain Control Technology bushings to ensure quiet, durable, and stable pivot performance. Finally, ReadyLIFT arms are powder-coated for an attractive yet durable finish.
One pair of heavy duty DOM tube steel control arms with corrected ball joint angles and heavy duty ball joints.
Includes new ReadyLIFT TCT - Terrain Control Technology maintenance-free and self lubricating pivot bushings.
